I hope you are having as much fun as I am. I’ll be blogging on just about anything, but you can expect to see posts on vendor relationship management, user driven search, SwitchBook, and other items of interest. You might find me at Twitter.

Great blog, Joe! I have been a user driven VRM zealot for a couple of years — CMR Customer Relationship Management is my term.
Is anyone nearing any real world applications yet? I have concept stage version for the automotive vertical and I would love to work in this burgeoning space.
Scanaroo just launched on the iPhone. http://www.scanaroo.com/ Iain Henderson at MyDex http://www.mydex.org is doing interesting stuff. And SwitchBook–my own company–http://www.switchbook.com should have our product out in beta in the next few months. Those are the few that I know are either working in the field or will be soon.
